This notice explains how GEMERAID S.A.S. (Colombian tax ID NIT 902.098.861-8, principal place of business in Floridablanca, Santander, Colombia) handles personal information collected through gemeraid.com and the Google data described in section 6. Except as stated in sections 6 and 7, it does not cover the websites, products or services operated by the brands in the GEMERAID portfolio (DOMelia, BABAS, LoroPíxel), which may have their own privacy policies.
If you write to our contact email, we collect the information you choose to send us (name, email, message).
Like most websites, our hosting and security provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages and basic diagnostic logs, for the security and operation of the site.
We use personal information to answer inquiries, keep the site secure and working properly, and comply with legal obligations where applicable. We do not sell personal information collected through this site.
DOMelia, BABAS and LoroPíxel operate independently and are responsible for the data they collect through their own platforms. For questions about that data, please contact the relevant brand directly.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your information by writing to our contact email.
DOMelia and BABAS, brands of GEMERAID, let each user optionally connect their Google Calendar account so that the visits, appointments, tasks and follow-ups they schedule in our platforms appear in their own calendar.
Data we use: the email address of the connected Google account (to show which account is linked) and permission to create, update and delete the events our platforms schedule in the user's primary calendar (scope calendar.events). We do not read, copy or modify any other events in the user's calendar.
How we use it: only to create and keep those events up to date when the user schedules, changes or cancels something in DOMelia or BABAS. We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.
How we store it: the authorization issued by Google is stored encrypted on our servers and is used only for the actions described (see section 7).
How to disconnect: users can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from their account settings in DOMelia or BABAS, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When disconnected, we revoke the authorization with Google and delete the stored authorization.
DOMelia's and BABAS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We apply the following measures to protect personal information and sensitive data, including data received from Google:
If we detect a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay and take the necessary measures to contain it.
We may update this notice from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
